• December 2011 – 2013 - STATE STREET BANK SPA, MILAN - Activities performed: Core Banking – Milan Tax Services • Within the context of the custody integration activities from the legacy Intesa Sanpaolo’s platfors onto State Street, I have covered with the team the entire tax documentation process and the clients’ securities accounts set up. That was crucial to allow the eligible clients to access to the relevant applicable tax treaty rates. From a local operations perspective we have also contributed in laying the ground to ensure the withholding tax agent roles were duly operationally fulfilled in the new target environment. With that respect I also had the opportunity to focus on specific taxation requirements surrounding units of funds listed on the market (ETFs• As a back ground to the activities above, I have attended to the different training programs within State Street.
