A cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist with a passion for social work and businesses that make the World more just, sustainable and aware.I started out as a clinical psychologist and then transferred my skills to the service of Italian and international consulting companies (e.g. Ambrosetti, Newton SpA), aimed at helping organisations through assessment processes and development paths. I also created and coordinated events for top management and coaching sessions to develop individual and collective leadership. After a happy period in full-time parenting, I rediscovered the pleasure of working with people who can think outside the box and boldly step out of their comfort zone. I love facing each day with the goal of providing, with commitment, added value to all stakeholders of the activities I perform.
