Current- Executes monthly billing process - accounts receivable, creates detailed invoices and enters checks into general ledger after deposits.
- Completes billing analyses to determine profitability.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves billing variances.
- Completes data entry to prepare corporate and individual tax returns.
- Creates articles of formation and dissolution.
- Processes payroll taxes and quarterly payroll reports for after the fact payrolls.
