Manage accounts for SureClose transaction management program deployments locally and nationwide for Realty Broker clients. Hold weekly "How To" WebEx class for all user and schedule client specific classes to enhance users knowledge of the SureClose program. Update and maintain SalesForce datebase for National, Arizona and Houston association and keep in close contact with them via Exact Target. On call for client questions, troubleshooting and procedure solutions during business hours. During deployment of program for new users, create, revise maintain and train templates and workflow for clients.
