  My responsibilities include reviewing and uploading conventional and government insured loans to many investors. I Obtain and forward additional information requested or needed by the investor to purchase the loan. I review, correct, and forward all trailing documents for all of our investors including final Title Policies and Deeds of Trust. This includes contacting and meeting with borrowers to correct documents. I endorse FHA loans through FHA Connection, transfer to investors and provide case binders when requested by HUD, as well as upload additional information that may be needed by HUD. I set up all closed loan documents from attorneys and closing agents to prepare all files for the shipping department. My responsibilities also include filling in for anyone on vacation or leave, including the department manager and training. I have years of experience with paper loans, but our company went paperless in the beginning of 2017 and that has been a fun and enlightening experience.
