Planned and monitored actions of brand culture and coordinated events to generate brand experience (this involved the construction, development and growth of the brand internally and externally).• Provided guidance of culture and essence of the brand to employees and suppliers in relation to the application of logo and visual identity through the company’s Brand Book. Organized workshops and opened Netshoes units (Argentina and Mexico). As a result, Netshoes received constant awards for various departments such as call center, logistics center, human resources, as well as for “The 150 best companies to work for“ among others.• Monitored projects related to the brand, such as, “First Prize Netshoes Innovation”. This was done by launching an internal battle for all employees in Brazil in order to receive new ideas and projects for the company. As a result of this successful endeavor, we expanded this concept to universities, creating a battle between students.• Organized events to promote the company’s different sports equipment categories, such as running, biking, skateboarding, basketball, soccer, fitness, martial arts, etc, in São Paulo and other states in Brazil.• Encouraged Netshoes to sponsor projects in the “Law for Encouragement of Sport and Culture” by investing in local programs within the public sector with an emphasis on parasport.
