Office Manager
Current- Accounting and Payroll: Manage day to day accounting functions, including payroll, check writing, deposits, and tracking financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Human Resources: Manage onboarding procedures, new hires and terminations. Serve as contact for all benefits administration and compliance.
- Event Coordination and Marketing: Research, plan, and coordinate firm-wide events, firm status meetings, staff outings, and client networking activities. Marketing and branding development and implementation.
- Oversee database, IT, phone system, vendor relations and records retention. Maintain an orderly office environment and work to improve efficiency.
- Proof, assemble, and deliver tax returns, financial statements, proposals, etc. Meet filing deadlines throughout the year.
- Administrative Support: Assist with preparing meeting materials, scheduling, and executive correspondence.
