Landterra consists of two companies that are part of Invercasa’s business holding. These companies provide Outsourcing services to foreign companies interested to invest in Nicaragua. It provides turn-key solutions to potential investors in order to diminish their entry risk into the country.In charge of: - Managing project portfolio, focused on achieving profitability, and cost and time effectiveness of each deliverable and milestone. Projects' budgets were over one million USD.- Establishing and guaranteeing Landterra’s goals and objectives accomplishment, aligned with our legal, fiscal, and professional environment standards. - Coordination with other business units of the group and off-site institutions required to the development of Landterra’s activities.- Establishing relationships and synergies with the private sector, public sector, international entities, and academia in order to guarantee business sustainability that generates value-added services into the country.
