MVP Match is a German freelancer network agency based in Berlin; being the only one based in Latam, I was responsible for the following tasks:- Sourcing incredible talents for specific roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels (Slack, LinkedIn groups, GitHub, Stackoverflow, and job platforms from Europe and the USA).- Publishing roles on various platforms, onboarding inbound talents to our platform, creating flawless profiles, and presenting candidates to the stakeholders.

WestPoint is a software consultancy with operations in the south of Brazil and the UK. I was working in a hybrid mode. In this position, I was responsible for the following:- I was responsible for finding young and bright talents to join the WestPoint Academy and seeking professionals to fill consultancy roles.- My day-to-day activities involve communicating with potential candidates on LinkedIn, organizing interviews, seeking partnerships from technical universities, answering candidates' questions, and helping our team make decisions.

Cornucopia is another UK-based software consultancy. I was in charge of managing the Columns projects and the following tasks:- I would speak to the client and gather the requirements, and together with the lead developer, we would break down the requirements into tasks and assign the given tasks to sprints to be worked on.- I was also in charge of sprint ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, daily standups, reporting, and client demos.
