During my time here I have gained skills regarding the admin role. This includes cashing up, paperwork, managing skills. This job also improved my skills of time management, ability to complete a task having a limited amount of time. I worked here during the Christmas – which was the busiest period – and dealt with customer complaints proposing new solutions to make the customer happy.

during my three years at university of Chester I have had the opportunity to volunteer as a student ambassador. this implemented at first my time managing skills and my people skills and afterwards my commitment to learn all the different ways in which I can help. it has been a nice experience, it gave me a confidence boost and knowledge about how to deal with some children with special needs as sometimes I was there to help and support the teachers.

I started as a sales assistant and in less than a year I have started to be trained as supervisor. During my time at Nike I learnt how to deal with customer complaint and how to lead the team during the busiest times. I also dealt with problems between the staff and reported everything needed to the managers. as supervisor I have people skills, I listen to everyone and have a good problem-solving skill. I used to organize my department and get it ready for when we open as well as supporting the team.
