PMO for Public Transport Division & E-Mobility Division- Project Governance: ensuring alignment to company project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular status reports. Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.- Resource Management: Collaborating with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including human resources, budget, and equipment.- Portfolio Management: Assisting in project selection, prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals.- Risk Management: Support project leaders in identifying and assessing project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management processes.- Stakeholder Management: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, executives and customers.- Continuous Improvement: Driving process improvement initiatives and lessons learned exercises to enhance project management practices. Identify areas for improvement, share best practices, and provide training and support to project teams.

Project Management for Public Transport Division- LIDL Italia : provision, installation and maintenance of 200+ e-charge stations on national territory;- PALERMO (Italia): provision and installation of customized AVM solution for 300+ vehicles;- CATANIA (Italia): deployment of Control Center and on-board AVM solution and info-mobility solutions for bus-stops live displays;- GALATI (Romania): deployment of AVM solution for public transport fleet , integrated with ticketing and passenger-counting solution;- RIGA (Latvia): deployment of AVM solution for public transport fleet of 600+ vehicles , integrated with ticketing solutions and on-board third-party info-mobility system;- SIBEM-RAS-COM: deployment of ARST fleet management solution, with 200+ vehicles. Integrated with Monitoring and Control Center of Regione Sardegna;- SITRA-L3. provision and installation of customized AVM solution for Sassari and Nuoro municipality fleets.
