Graduated in control and automation engineering, Yellow Belt certified - Lean Six Sigma, studying Project Management at USP/ESALQ and Cosmetics Production at Senai São Paulo.Since 2020, she has been offering innovative and customized solutions for industrial process automation, boosting clients' performance and productivity. Working in LATAM format (CH, CO, BR and AR), with international participation in training and corporate events, evolving the ability to adapt to different cultures and markets, using English and Spanish as the main languages. Experience in requirements gathering, kicking off with stakeholders, assertive communication, active listening, strategic negotiations, backlog management, case resolution, ensuring effective project delivery. Using continuous improvement tools that provide greater management of risks, costs and project variables, such as: Sales Force, SAP, Trello and CRM. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Women's Integrated Networking (W.I.N), as an active advocate for female inclusion and leadership, promoting training and employability projects for women.
