I was a consultant for numerous clients in CI&T. I presented Figma prototypes and technical reports to stakeholders to enhance user experience and increase companies net revenue. I used a lot of heuristic analysis, information architecture and consulted customer support metrics from clients.

- Launched an MVP for an internal web-based bank system for customer support within one month, using an end-to-end design process. This includes benchmarking, quantitative and qualitative research with employees, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping with Figma, user testing, and workshop facilitation for the squad, to showcase the created personas and how they could affect system satisfaction metrics.- Decreased the call duration time by 80% for failed transactions using customer support metrics to communicate with the team and deliver new filters and fields in the web-based system in two two-week sprints. - Delivered Figma prototypes and user flows that were launched in the system before the app launch, by communicating with Product Managers and other product designers to prioritize tasks. - Improved the discoverability of the transfer feature, a problem identified in user testing and Firebase metrics, by making changes in User Interface Design (typography) and user flow.
