- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and establish key milestones- Track project progress against established timelines and milestones- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards- Support customer, team members, external stakeholders and suppliers- Manage project resources (budget, equipment, vendors, etc..) to ensure efficient allocation- Track resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals- Supervision of UAT and coordination of testing activities to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations- Identification, evaluation and management of potential project risks (Risk Management)- Ensure successful project delivery and conduct post-project reviews and finalize project documentation

- Creation and management of budgets/forecasts in collaboration with CIO and Plants- Database management, periodic reports and active/passive invoicing- Suppliers relations: management of purchase requests- Customers relations: management of order requests- Purchasing Office relations: collection of information and orders release- Manpower management: validation on SAP of the hours reported by the plants- Finance department relations: work in progress and corrective actions.
