REGIONAL PAYROLL, LATAM• Specialist for payroll operation in LATAM region (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia) working in partnership with payroll vendor.• Conduct validation of payroll calculation for all process (Vacation, termination, Christmas Bonus, Bonus, Commission, RSU, BIK, etc.), re-performing calculations to guarantee accurate payments.• Responsible to assure SOX controls into payroll process, creating new controls and complying with the existent controls being compliant with payroll.• Improve payroll processes ensuring adequate internal controls and driving efficiency. • Design new workflows in partnership with stakeholders such as HR, benefits, legal, etc.• Driving projects such as move payroll provider to a hub of services, salary dollarization for Arg. Employees, global payroll RFP, employment tax review, etc. T&E OPERATIONS, LATAM• Manage a team of 5 people on the 3rd part provider who audit employees’ expenses reports and provide the payment.• Ensure that audit team is following the stablished DTP and that expenses approved are compliant with internal rule.• Facilitate trainings to employees such as onboarding, policy update, corporate card usage.• Manage 3rd part provider performance indicators (KPIs, CSL and SLA) to ensure business plan effectiveness.• Support employees and managers on queries related to travel, expenses and corporate card, such as, bookings, corporate card application, internal tools and general questions.• Driving global projects such as expense reports payment automation, deductibility expenses mapping and automation, journal entry automation. • Preparing the area to perform in large scale.

-Development of HR policies and processes implementation.-Design of time off and timekeeping tracker workflow and implementation in Workday.-Responsible for employee’s life cycle, such as, Onboarding, offboarding, promotions, salary and org changes, international transfers.-Manage onboarding and offboarding processes within internal systems and HR service providers, i.e.: benefits inclusion / exclusion / updates.-Provide support to Legal and HR Teams for the scheduled planning cycles and events such as Comp Planning Process, Profit Sharing and Statutory Salary Increase Payments.-Maintain digital and physical files for employees and third part employees for auditing purposes.-Responsible for pulling payroll reports to support managers on the overtime costs and vacations tracking controls.-Responsible for generate and submit Offer, RSU and Relocation letters to external / internal candidates.-Responsible for triage, answer and route HR tickets in a timely manner making FUPs and providing visibility for all stakeholders needed.-Facilitate New Hire Orientation on employee’s first day.-Drive benefits operations with Broker (day to day updates, new hires inclusion, terminations).-Coordinate benefits activities all over the region i.e: flu shot, Employee Assistance Program, etc.-Facilitate benefits Office Hours and taking lead on regular basis with vendors and employees-Responsible for LATAM payrolls (Brazil, Mexico and Colombia).-Provide inputs for payroll vendors in LATAM (Grant Thornton and BDO).-Design of the SLA between Twitter and payroll provider.-E-social project management.-Ensure all data entry has an audit point to preserve data integrity-Point of contact for questions related to Stock options, RSU and ESPP program.-Ensure payroll is process aligned to the SOX controls.-Ensure payroll taxes are correct and being paid on time.-Ensure ancillary obligations (CAGED, DIRF) are being delivered on time.
