• Spearheaded all activities related to data analysis, report generation and dissemination, and pricing strategy for the launch of a digital app across all of LATAM. • Developed a strategic sales plan for the implementation of a new revenue stream for the business in Equador and Peru, obtaining internal approval from C-level management. • Helped senior management with key decision-making by creating effective, easy-to-digest sales reports which included: monthly budgets, forecast vs. actual revenue, etc. • Played in a key role in growing the division’s annual revenue by creating rate card strategies, maintaining and analyzing product inventory, and optimizing client proposals and media plans. • Worked cross-functionally with teams across all of LATAM by analyzing and presenting proprietary market research data to support new business development. • Helped maintain day-to-day operational efficiency by keeping track of all orders processing and agreements updates and maintenance, in collaboration with Operations teams. • Led the yearly planning and overall budget management for all LATAM marketing activities, which included: agency coordination, strategy and product positioning, as well as event production for road shows, upfronts, and other activations. • Spearheaded day-to-day relationship management with vendors and agencies across the US and LATAM, processing RFPs, quoting and billing, pricing and deadline negotiation, and campaign execution.
