I'm an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and EQ certified practitioner with 25+ years experience as an operating executive and through my independent practice. I partner with leaders to level up their performance. I work with a multi-disciplinary approach using principles of neuroscience, mindfulness, EQ and high performance. My core focus is developing conscious leadership through mindset conditioning to maximize business impact.In addition to my COO experience, I've been the top HR executive for several companies including Wired, BioWare/Pandemic Studios and Zynga. I've leveraged my operating experience to provide consulting services to over 120 client companies spanning multiple sectors including tech, gaming and entertainment, consumer goods and mission-based organizations. Executive coaching engagements range from director levels to CEOs/founders and include Google, Nest, Rocket Fuel, Kabam, Booyah, Kixeye, Glass Lewis, Impossible Foods, Verily, Riot Games, Carvana, CSG, Voldex and many others. I curate leadership offsites and EQ workshops for leadership teams as well as events that empower women in leadership. I serve on the board of the American Institute for Policing Reform, a social justice organization, and am an advisor to Baobab Studios, an interactive animation studio. Aligned with my passion for animal welfare and the environmental I'm an advocate for Green Monday, a social impact venture dedicated to sustainability through an innovative and comprehensive “go green” platform with a mission to combat climate change and global food insecurity, while promoting healthy living and protecting animals.
