Area Sales Manager
CurrentManage 2nd largest geographical territory in the nation for COAF. Influence key stakeholders such as General Managers, Sales Managers, Finance Directors and Managers to drive volume. Maintain and expand Capital One presence in the market. • Build and maintain meaningful relationships and sell in new initiatives with dealerships within territory, (Abilene, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa and outlying areas) that are yielding year on year contract growth• Create plans that define a sales strategy and approach for the market, plan extensively and prepare data for sales calls• Minimize intrusion from competitors and create broader program depth in the market• Proficient use of Salesforce, Tableau, Auto Count in keeping CRM current, logging sales calls and recap of meetings • Collaborate with dealership and COAF team creatively solving current and proactively identifying future challenges• Coach and direct internal relationship manager and funder to focus and better serve key dealers and initiatives• Continually recognized for being first in completion of all administrative and team tasks • Compete well in a high-pressure scoreboard environment measuring multiple metrics • 8th in the nation out of 230 sales managers in 2022.
