I was responsible for ICT team coordination across multi-functional areas: Finance and Administration, Sales, After Sales on both strategic initiatives and Application Management Services. I was responsible for budget definition and management. Main projects: set up of a new subsidiary in Japan and settlement of a new production plant.

Project Manager. I was responsible for Automotive Company internal team coordination on the strategic initiative called “Project Management & Cost Control”. In collaboration with R&D department and the Accounting and Management Control Department, the team aimed to create an organizational structure for complex product developments in terms of technology and features. The R&D department was provided with appropriate toolsets to support strategic decision-making and control over budget and cost expenditures of new products development. Software development was made by an external provider based in UK and US, therefore I managed a multi-cultural and international project team
