Promoted to claims supervisor after three years. In charge of four claim operators.overseeing insurance coding for insurance liability claims in excess of $1,500,000 a month and by maintaining nearly 100% accuracy of coding and billing of 400 to 500 insurance claims a month. Trained employees in proper insurance coding and created statistical/technical coding manuals. My experiences have taught me to learn quickly, multi-task and be flexible with ever changing environments. My proven track record of meeting deadlines, being organized, and efficiently prioritizing and handling multiple tasks inusring required information is collected, integrated, compiled and analyzed on a timely basis. Also, my ability to navigate multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications, such as AS400 systems, MicroSoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.My goals is to obtain a position as an administrative assistant for a well established company, preferrably in the healthcare industry where, I can utilize my medical office administration training and apply my prior work experience in management, customer service and exceptional communicate skills which allows me to work well alongside others.
