The Project Manager at Morris FutureWorks provides key support for the company founder and CCO. This position is involved in all areas of the business from strategizing and prioritizing to budgeting, record keeping, managing outside vendors and internal partners, resource management and scheduling. The Training and Implementation Manager serves in a cross-team role in the Operations group, performing duties in Client Services and Project Management. Responsibilities include management of multiple projects, including application development projects, enterprise-wide infrastructure projects and process development projects, as well as developing and delivering internal and external product training and working across the organization to ensure product documentation is current.

The primary responsibilities of this position are leading and managing projects within the IT department to a successful, timely conclusion. Projects are both internal to the company and external with partners and/or customers. Projects range from simple to multi-partner integrations. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: review and implementation of department processes and procedures, IT documentation, liaison between IT and other departments, product management.
