In my current position I’m responsible for the 'Digital Knowledge Life' alias ECM competence area at Deda Tech SRL a company of Dedagroup. I support innovation, information governance and digital transformation, leveraging on new architectures, information models, skills, and developing the appropriate roadmaps for generating value from historical and live data. I coordinate the development of specific solutions and consulting services related to digital transformation in the domain of Information Management, Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Data Archiving, Long Term Data Preservation and Knowledge Management. I worked in the IT sector since 1989. From February 2016 until September 2023, as Operations Manager for the Area ECM of Deda Cloud srl. Until January 2016, I was responsible for the ECM Competence Centre at Dedagroup ICT Network. As Business Developer for Life Sciences I have been involved in specific Long Term Data Preservation and Information Management proposals and solutions design to support business processes in a regulated environment.As Solution Group Manager I led consulting and system integration services in Enterprise Content Management and Product Lifecycle Management. As Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager in business and IT applications, from conceptual phase through implementation, I have been involved in:• Program management and project office: planning and control of human resources and costs, co-ordination of national and international project teams including users and IT• Information strategy for digital transformation, information maturity model for Digital Office, preservation strategic planning, business process modeling and organizational change management• Experience in knowledge and long term data preservation, OAIS functional model, METS, PREMIS, IIIF, digital libraries design for cultural and scientific heritage• Experience in Universities, Libraries, Historical Archives, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and QA processes improvement using Digital Preservation, Digital Asset Management, Interoperable Image Frameworks, ECM solutions and IT• Experience in testing and validation processes under GxP, ALCOA+ using GAMP V and CSV methodology• Deep knowledge of standards for digital preservation OAIS family like ISO14721, ISO16363.
