Product Owner in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with a focus on IT, Data and Regulatory projects. I'm responsible for coordinating internal/external resources, project activities and project management. I work closely with business of middle and top management. My daily activity is focused on gathering requirements from stakeholders and translate them into project activities.Detailed tasks:- Collection of technical and functional requirements- Management and follow up of the entire IT process (development, E2E test, support for System Test and User Acceptance Test (UAT), production development)- Monitoring of the process (scheduling SAL with the customer and team)- Cost estimation budget: working order and invoice management, team and suppliers management- Activity and Resource Planning: coordinate resources and monitor project plan and costs- Manage the production of the required deliverables- Analyze and manage all project risks- Manage reports and the necessary documentation of the projects- Control and manage of change requests

I worked as consultant in the Finance, Risk & Fraud and Business Intelligence Department of IBM and I was in charge of:• Business requirements and processes analysis, definition and implementation of mockup and dedicated reports• Creation of clear and concise output that could help various areas on strategical decisions• Definition and development of data models through IBM Cognos Framework Manager• Development of Dashboards and detailed reporting on KPIs, also on mobile, through IBM Cognos suite• Data quality and validation during UAT project phase• Porting and adapting reports & dashboards with Cognos Analytics• Conduction of process GAP analysis related to GDPR
