Product Owner - Data Management Customer Journey Expert
CurrentProduct Owner in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with a focus on IT, Data and Regulatory projects. I'm responsible for coordinating internal/external resources, project activities and project management. I work closely with business of middle and top management. My daily activity is focused on gathering requirements from stakeholders and translate them into project activities.Detailed tasks:- Collection of technical and functional requirements- Management and follow up of the entire IT process (development, E2E test, support for System Test and User Acceptance Test (UAT), production development)- Monitoring of the process (scheduling SAL with the customer and team)- Cost estimation budget: working order and invoice management, team and suppliers management- Activity and Resource Planning: coordinate resources and monitor project plan and costs- Manage the production of the required deliverables- Analyze and manage all project risks- Manage reports and the necessary documentation of the projects- Control and manage of change requests
