Managed business and personal agendas and staff to the Founders. Managed all travel requirements for domestic and international trips. Including visa requirements, private jets, and home logistics in the Founders’ absence. Facilitated and executed meetings for the executive team including investors and Board meetings. Worked cross functionally with all department heads to track and report on projects for company strategy to the executive team. Worked with HR to improve and maintain company culture and employee engagement.
