Talent Management Program Manager
CurrentIn this role, I developed a long-term strategy for talent and corporate communication, carefully aligning it with our organizational objectives. In my leadership role, I spearheaded crucial diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, creating mentorship programs that fostered a diverse and inclusive workplace. My strategic oversight extended to leading our talent acquisition initiatives and establishing the Talent Management Center of Excellence CoE. Additionally, I orchestrated 12 enterprise-wide internal career fairs and launched a three-year communications campaign, aligning stakeholders and optimizing processes to enhance internal mobility and career development across the company.In my pursuit of advancing our HR capabilities, I headed key projects including the launch of a Career & Development App in Workday. I led competency and management initiatives that drove internal mobility through innovative data reporting and engagement campaigns. I collaborated with vendors and Learning & Development to roll out enterprise-wide mentoring programs. By transforming HR data management and launching Workday Recruiter, I significantly exceeded retention targets during organizational changes and automated key performance processes. My team pioneered the integration of Workday and Degreed tools to improve the user experience, enabling associates to explore career paths and engage in development programs. My efforts in redesigning talent management and developing HR dashboards in Prism/Workday supported strategic goals by enhancing tracking of internal mobility, diversity, performance and succession.I managed cross-functional teams focused on leadership development & programs that support associate talent processes. I have extensive experience strategizing, configuring, testing, launching & communicating various platforms and UX enhancement features aligned with Workday, Degreed, Phenom, and Guild. I am a member of the enterprise Coaching Practice (ICF Certified).
