Dr. Wilton is a seasoned business executive with an established international reputation and track record culminating as CEO of the world's leading online financial services educator, CSI Global Education Inc. She led its development over a 20 year period from a sleepy NPO to for profit as the business grew, then to its first successful sale to ONCAP Private Equity in 2006. Following significant value enhancement from acquisitions and international expansion particularly to China, CSI was sold to Moody's Investment Services in 2010 at an extremely attractive return to investors, earning it "Deal of the Year" in 2011 from the Canadian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.Dr. Wilton is known for astute and entrepreneurial leadership developed early as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Toronto Stock Exchange where she managed all corporate affairs, image and issues management and communication programs to all shareholders and stakeholders, and represented the exchange at many international forums.
