I am the on-site Graduate Architect/ Senior Designer / Project Manager at AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE. I am responsible for all aspects of project management including programming, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and construction administration. I am also responsible for setting up the on-site Autodesk system and Smart Set specifically for AstraZeneca documentation. I review all drawings for the on-site project team before they are released to the client as well as any code related questions. I interact with the facilities project managers, general contractors and engineers.

Representative projects include:XL Insurance, Exton, PA - 125,000 sf (in the process of being LEED Silver certified) •Successfully XL moved from (3) locations of mostly private offices to (1) location of mostly open workstations and additional conferencing. Created corporate standards for offices and workstations. •Produced construction documents under strict time lines•Selected products to stay within the LEED guidelines to help achieve LEED CI silver certified building •Worked closely with the AV designer and integrators to provide XL with the most up-to-date and user friendly technology.•Designed a collaborative area table of 3-form resin that sat 10 people and opened to sit 18 or more and had MCT capabilities built-in.•Designed sliding doors for offices and conference rooms that is now a corporate standard•Submitted to Shaw for Design Is award program for 2009 XL Insurance, New York, NY – 70,000 sf•XL moved from multiply locations in New York City to one central location in NYC.•Designed and produced construction documents for the entire project •Responsible for construction administration, change orders and shop drawings
