I am an environmental technician, agronomist, and Master in Organic Agriculture, as well as having an MBA in Food Safety Management.During my time as a commercial advisor at Rural Consultoria Junior, a run-student company, I was in charge of actively seeking out agricultural services for potential clients, and I guaranteed two agricultural projects, for consulting on organic production systems and rural environmental registration, in addition to participating in the organization of two events at the university.During my time as a monitor in the quality control of agricultural products, I assisted with teaching in the laboratory and produced support material for students.As a resident agronomist at the university's Family Agriculture Fair, I provided technical assistance to 26 rural organic and agroecological transition producers. I helped producers to follow good agricultural practices and good manufacturing practices. I developed and taught a course on marketing products from a sustainable production system, participated in the creation of a rural producers' association, and led meetings.As a fellow in the Pacto Carioca project, I formed the technology and production team, carried out questionnaires, and made suggestions on how to implement the production system for three different vegetable gardens that make up the Hortas Cariocas project in the city of Rio de Janeiro.I worked for four months as a food inspector, applying checklists in the food industry, and contributing to the safe production of food following legislation.Since 2023, I have been working as a fellow in the Local Innovation Agents Programme, a program to evaluate the rural property scenario and contribute to the implementation of innovations, promoting joint work, and presenting SEBRAE products and services. In the first cycle, I worked with 16 producers and I am currently working with 15 producers.All this training and experience has helped me to build relationships with different sectors and audiences and to develop skills such as assertive communication, leadership, teamwork, and adaptability. In this way, my aim is to contribute to the development of organic agriculture by providing guidance and tools based on scientific and practical knowledge.
