Aqcuired a New York Domestic Property & Casulty Carrier and expanded its authority to 19 states including California, Florida and Massachuchets. Created a Risk Management template with a new convention for underwriting difficult credits in a highly regulated enviorment.

Co-Founded Empire Resorts, Inc a publicly traded Company on NASDAQ ('NYNY") As Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Empire Resorts I was directly responsible for raising more than $150MM towards the re-development of Monticello Raceway into a Class III gaming facility while laying the groundwork and planning for development of the $1.5 Billion Resorts World Casino Catskills which opened in 2018. In 2019 Empire Resorts was acquired by the Genting Group of Malaysia.

Recruited as CEO of Lightsavers USA, Inc a small publicly traded manufacturer of Light fixtures trading on the Nasdaq Small Cap Markets. At the time Ligtsavers had less than 50 employees with annual revenues under $6,000,000. Developed a buy and build strategy creating a new service platform focused on the Hospitality Sector with a unique approach to supply chain management for the industry. Discontinued public companies core unprofitable manufacturing business. and identidfied numerous target aqcuistions for the service platform. Between 1996 and 1998 completed secondary stock offering of $37,500,000 changed the companies name and stock symbol to HWS while growing revenues profitably in excess of $280,000,000. During this same, period formed JV's with ING and Apollo Global Management for the acquisition, repositionong and sale of hotel assets exceeding $250,000,000 utilizing the service platforms unique position in the market to identify opportunity. Joint Venture assets included the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia and the Radisson at Chicago's O'hare Airport. HWS's market capitalization grew by more than 600% during this period employing more than 3000 people with offices in Europe, Asia and South Africa. Moved the company to NASDAQ National market increasing both independent research, institutional ownership and liquidity for shareholders.

Became a Director of Executone through the sale of a portfolio company of Avon Road Partners, LP to Executone. The company Unistar Entertainment, Inc ( "UE") developed technology for the lottery and slot machine industries creating the first Video Lottery Terminal ("VLT") Unistar also held the contract for the Couer 'd Alene tribe's National Indian Lottery approved by the Federal government in 1995. I chaired the special committee for Executone's board charged with finding a strategic alternative for the companies declining telecom operations. Subsequently Executone rebranded itself elottery and changed its stock symbol from XTON to ELOT in March of '96. I Was instrumental in developing the companies go to market strategy and re-branding which resulted in a significant increase in shareholder value and liquidity exceeding $1B by 1999
