Operations Associate
- Manage daily office management and human resource operations by working directly with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer in a start-up environment. Human Resources:
- Full cycle on and off board employees to including payroll setup, E-Verify, background checks, IT and workstation set up, orientation of benefits and process new hire paperwork.
- Assist with recruiting: job postings, review resumes and do initial phone screening
- Employment verifications
- Unemployment claims
- Facilitate annual benefits open enrollment
