Hello everyone, I'm Roberta. Welcome on my profile 😊🎓 I own a Msc in Social Sciences, Major in Languages and Intercultural Communication and a Postgraduate Course in HR & Digital Recruiting. Now I'm Junior HR Generalist at Alstom :)🩰 I'm a very disciplined and determinated person in everything I do. I learned this thanks to my greatest passion that guided me since I was 3 years until 2018: ballet, which taught me not only group spirit, but also individual awareness, thanks mainly to national and international competitions in which I participated. 🌏 I've always loved to study foreign languages and cultures, that's why choosing my university degree wasn't difficult at all. I studied Spanish and German and realized my dream of studying abroad: I went twice on Erasmus to Germany, living there for a total of 2,5 years.✍️ I worked as teacher of Italian as a foreign language in Mainz and Leipzig and wrote my Master's thesis on gentrification and residential segregation in Leipzig. The experimental thesis and field research, especially in-depth interviews with immigrants and students, taught me how to approach the other, empathize, and actively listen. 👉🏽 Thanks to these experiences I understood who I want to become and what I want to do in my future job. I want to keep engaging with others, listening to stories, people, making them happy. That's why I decided to work in the HR field! 📌 My added value is precisely my passion and determination in what I do, always guided by listening and empathy, which I consider fundamental.
