Graduated in “Communication and Marketing of Arts” at the IULM private University of Milan in March 2013.Achieved a Master degree in Digital advertising and Unconventional Communication at “Accademia della Comunicazione” in Milan in 2014.Started the career in 2013 in the Public Relations of MSL Group, supporting in the management of international customers, I proceeded in the Digital Advertising panorama as Project Manager in 2014 since now. Grew up as a detail-oriented digital project manager, I offer now 7 years of experience in analyzing project requirements, managing customer’s requests directly and translate them to the internal team, designer and developer and make sure they are handed over on time and on budget. The teams I worked with in the years helped me in developing a skill in quickly identify risks and problems and trained me in quickly and confidently detecting solutions for both long or short period. On the other hand, the daily operations of the Agency vibrant mood teach me as well to juggle different tasks and projects at the same time, respect short deadlines but be able to forecast improvements and new opportunities to schedule them in a structured pipeline.Recognized as passionate, precise and enthusiast I like to push my team to his best, keep good relationship both with clients and with internal teams and identify improvements areas to take specific actions.
