Com um espírito proativo, curioso e de liderança, tenho habilidades em planejamento de projetos, gestão e relacionamento com stakeholders.Atualmente, tenho a felicidade de trabalhar como Coordenadora de Produção de Conhecimento no Instituto Comida do Amanhã, onde lidero o desenvolvimento de pesquisas, policy papers e conteúdos sobre sistemas alimentares sustentáveis.Além disso, sou pesquisadora de doutorado no Programa Interunidades em Ecologia Aplicada (ESALQ/USP), com foco em sistemas alimentares sustentáveis, movimentos alimentares e agroecologia. Durante meu mestrado no mesmo programa, trabalhei diretamente com agricultores urbanos da Zona Leste de São Paulo, pesquisando a multifuncionalidade da agricultura urbana para fortalecer a produção local e a sustentabilidade dos sistemas alimentares urbanos. Também sou integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa em Agriculturas Emergentes e Alternativas (AGREMAL) na USP.Além da minha atuação profissional e acadêmica, sou mãe do Milton! 🌟ENGI am a professional with 14 years of experience in projects related to food systems, sustainability, and climate change, working across the public, private, academic, and third sectors. With a proactive, curious, and leadership-oriented mindset, I have skills in project planning, management, and stakeholder relations.Currently, I am fortunate to work as the Knowledge Production Coordinator at the Comida do Amanhã Institute, where I lead the development of research, policy papers, and content on sustainable food systems.In addition, I am a doctoral researcher in the Interunits Program in Applied Ecology (ESALQ/USP), focusing on sustainable food systems, food movements, and agroecology. During my master's degree in the same program, I worked directly with urban farmers in the East Zone of São Paulo, researching the multifunctionality of urban agriculture to enhance local production and the sustainability of urban food systems.
