The project aim included the development of a portable nanoMIPs-electrochemical sensor system for the detection of drugs of abuse at trace level, with high sensitivity and specificity. Main responsibilities included:- Delivery technical project reports and presenting research results in the project meetings.- Set-up and carry out research experiments using MIP nanoparticles (nanoMIPs) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) sensing platforms.- Training and supervision of MSc students in the synthesis of nanoMIPs and the development of nanoMIP based sensors. -
