Responsible for carrying out service and repairs of domestic electrical appliances and basic electrical wiring repairs on customer premises, delivering a first class customer service to increase the profitability of the business as well as remaining committed to treating customers fairly.

Adept at managing, amending and implementing changes to SOP’s and KPI data sets at Unit level in order to ensure adherence with up to date policy direction given by command or government.Implementing contingency arrangements, in order to highlight potential risk factors and reduce significant impact to engineering pinch points, fulfilling sustainability and ensure a continued business function.Key responsibilities:• Took part in senior executive meetings, involved in the planning and prioritisation of managerial activities, training requirements, personnel administration and all logistics within the unit.• Provide the necessary generations to enable staff and asset movements to occur.• Conducted career management and development of junior staff to assist in their progression through the organisation. • Author of key Standard Operating Procedures, making sure the establishment of such procedures were followed through and executed by junior managers to allow dissemination amongst all staff.• Conduct necessary reporting action, producing top-level documents including post exercise reports and general orders.• Conduct staff appraisal reports, adopting aspects of providing feedback based upon improved performances.
