BlueRe is a start-up that acts as a general contractor in the design and execution of energy redevelopment interventions mainly for residential use. The main activities that I carry out as a Project Manager are: making sure that the project is aligned with the business plan and company objectives, managing the contract budget, organizing and coordinating the overall management of the actors involved in the design and execution phase of the works, supervise and coordinate construction sites, make contacts with suppliers to prepare offers and collaborate with other project managers for the planning of interventions.

The job consisted in supporting the Urban Regeneration area in the following activities: inspections in vacant accommodation, assessment of the conditions of the sites and diagnostics of buildings and / or plant problems; analysis of any maintenance needs aimed at verifying the feasibility of renovation works within the real estate units; control during interventions and technical tests; drafting of vector planimetric drawings, rough estimate of the relative cost, building permits or amnesties and cadastral practices; researches aimed at building surveys for artifacts registry and technical information collection.

The job consisted in integrating IoT solutions (consolidated and developing technologies) for the development of the Smart City. The infrastructures were developed in the urban sector to support mobility, safety and territorial control, with a focus on architectural and infrastructural integration.I have been in charge of developing the executive project “Livorno Smart City” and, I have been working on the preliminary draft of the project for the city of Parabiago called “implementation and management of interventions for environmental monitoring and the reduction of Carbon dioxide equivalent”.

I was part of the Real Estate Team. My job foreseen the end-to-end process to redesign the branches and headquarters allover Italy. I was in charge of choosing the location of the branches, following the process from the contract to the realization of the building itself. Moreover, I was taking care of the maintenance services, together with usual administrative activities and the contacts with all the other division inside the company.
