Sr. Land Planner with experience in planning, design, project management, and design-build landscapes with a passion for designing healthy communities. As a project manager, I have been involved in the planning of resort residential projects, sustainable communities, golf & ski communities, and mixed-use developments ranging in size from 40 acres to over 6,000 acres throughout the Western United States, Hawaii, Italy, and Mexico. Incorporating health and well-being components that foster a vibrant lifestyle are also passions of mine that are being incorporated into a project's vision, design, and ultimately design guidelines.I have played an active role in the visioning, design, and approval process of master-planned communities and mixed-use projects. Crafting visioning documents, design guidelines, and preparing entitlement and comprehensive submittal documents for local and regional government agencies while coordinating with design consultants to ensure that a project is completed and submitted on time is a forte of mine.As a landscape architect, I have also had the pleasure of designing exclusive custom residential landscapes that celebrate the regional plant palette while creating inviting and usable outdoor spaces. Community gardens are also an amenity that I've designed for many residential communities. Over the last eleven years, my career has transitioned from land planner to office administrator and project accounting responsibilities. Expert at gathering and organizing project data to keep costs and schedules on track, on time, and within budget. Responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling communications and closing out project costs and schedules. Strong delegation and accountability skills. Able to take complex information and distill it down to action items with timeframes and stakeholder assignments. Responsible for project scheduling and delegating tasks to junior staff and consultants to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
