I've always believed in the value of people inside a company.I did my MA's thesis on the Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on the importance of defining the relationship between people and process, in order to achieve continuous improvement in a overall performance for the company. Moreover, in my BA thesis I made a study on Corporate Social Responsibility, Cause Related Marketing and the value of internal cohesion between people involved in these operations. This is also the main reason of why, in 2019, I decided to get a Master's degree in HR at 24ore Business School, and I'm HR BP in Poste Vita since 2020.To support my studies, I also did short internships in Finance, Administration and Management Control area. After my Master degree I joined SDA Express Courier, in the Purchasing Department, and for a short period I was in charge of calls for tenders. After a while I joined the Territorial Administrative Management structure, in the Risk Assessment and Reimbursement office. I was in charge of data analysis for the management of insurance risks, I supported the various territorial structures for the administration of insurance data and also the requests for conciliation. In 2018 I joined Poste Italiane to manage the administrative part of debt collection practices. Through the work experiences listed above, and thanks to my studies, I'm confindent on relational and organizational skills and I gain more analytical competences. In general, I understood that to make a continuous improvement you have to make small step to go further.
