Roberta has a proven record of success in writing, coaching, marketing, consultative sales, business development, customer relations, animal nutrition, and cross-functional leadership.As a results-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, she earned many awards for sales growth and for community service for accomplishments with farms, retailers, students, veterinarians, distributors, and national corporations.With her leadership and teamwork, many of the independent dealerships with whom she has worked earned the prestigious national Chow Honor Council Award for achieving outstanding growth. As a well-respected animal expert, with a specialty in equine nutrition and performance, she is often invited to train dealers and speak at continuing education programs, veterinary medical centers, and equine events such as Tufts University Pet Expo, Teikyo Post University, Centenary College, the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, and WGHT 1500 AM Radio Talk Show. She created and taught Advanced Equine Studies Short Courses for Professional Horse Farm Owners and Managers. Publications including Reader's Digest, Horse Show Magazine, Horse Directory Magazine, and Nassau Suffolk Horseman’s Association Newsletter have recognized her. She authored and published numerous white papers and original articles covering horses, animal care, and business development. She's also held positions as an Asst. General Sales Manager and as a leading National Sales Rep. Passionate about horses, she established Clocktower Stables Riding Academy. Roberta earned her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University, where she was elected Presidential Scholar and inducted into the Ho Nun De Kah Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She previously earned her Associates Degree in Animal Husbandry from SUNY Cobleskill, achieving Dean’s List all semesters.
