Additional responsibilities included the review of estate planning documents (including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and Family Limited Partnership documentation), drafting opinion letters regarding Securities and Exchange Commission exemptions from registration, and training subsequently hired Tax Analysts.
