CurrentI serve as the liaison between the Verizon Business Channel and its customers. My core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. I am committed to adding products and services, as well as value, as to develop a symbiotic relationship to my customers as well as my employer. I operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to my business account clients. I partner with local businesses to solve startup and growing pains by utilizing tools on our highly awarded networks. Introduced clients to solutions including:- WebEx (Video Conferencing)- One Talk for office phones (mobile-first business phone system for calling and collaboration)- Vehicle tracking- Field Force Manager for dispatching and mobile worker visibility- GoCanvas for reducing paperwork- LTE Internet for those clients under-served by traditional broadband
