As an image consultant for over thirteen years and public speaker for twenty years, I not only understand the power of image branding and visual communication, I’m actively engaged in offering image branding strategies for both personal and corporate clients.Some of the fun multi-media projects I've worked on include:- hosted fashion television segments for several networks - designed and directed fashion education films- developed and directed college-level fashion courses- spokesperson and emcee for fashion and network events- delivered countless speeches to audiences ranging from 10 – 1,000+ in attendanceCapitalizing on the years of experience consulting with personal and corporate clients, I’ve contributed image and fashion expertise in national magazines including WebMd, Counselor, and Skin Inc and authored several fashion products for private education markets.

As a fashion consultant, I have had the pleasure of working with many dynamic and talented fashion designers, manufacturers and retailers throughout the years. My passion for all things color, texture, pattern and design has blessed me with the opportunity to work with small and large companies across diverse projects such as:- Designing and directing a fashion retail university training program for a national retail store. - Fashion consulting for international apparel manufacturers and couture brands.- Fashion buying for new and seasoned fashion boutique stores.Equally valuable, is the ten years of experience I gained by helping men and women of diverse ages and backgrounds, create their personal brand using fashion. Their personal stories, fashion challenges, and retail shopping experiences inspired the evolution of my work and the insights I share with apparel manufacturers and retailers today. Collectively, I’ve worked thirteen years in the fashion industry dressing thousands of individuals, working with countless brands, and navigating both the online and in-person retail shopping terrain. Passionate about sharing what I know, I’ve taught and mentored other rising fashion professionals and created numerous educational fashion products.

A telecommunication company providing call center services for Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations. Purchased in 2003 by Teleperformance USA; a public company listed on the NYSE. Directed and managed client service call center operations. Developed operation infrastructures to sustain client business objectives and maintain superior customer service performance. Responsible for the performance of five account executives, four client business units, and the service results of three call centers totaling 2,000 employees. Prepared multi-million dollar monthly client invoices, oversaw staff recruitment initiatives, training, and quality assurance programs for clients. Managed daily key performance indicators, service reports, client contracts, and conducted performance review meetings with C-level management, operation departments and staff. Increased company’s annual revenue from $2M to $92M over three years by growing client telecommunication outsourced business.
