As part of the Innovation practice area, I led a team to build and ship a prototype for a holistic data analytics & reporting capability for Turner's linear, digital, and social channels. This ultimately resulted in partnering with the Chief Data Officer to develop Turner's first Data Strategy for how consumer data is collected, managed, productized, and monetized throughout the company.I then joined the first Data Strategy & Privacy team to drive the strategy through ongoing engagement with Turner's corporate and business units, analytics productization, and technology vendor and architecture standardization.
