Performed monthly membership reconciliations for Medicare unit according to HCFA regulations and Connecticare 65 policies and procedures. Verified and maintained eligibility for Institutionalized, Medicaid and Working Aged members. Implementation of new and renewing employer groups into AMISYS system. Processed selection forms and dis-enrollments according to HCFA regulations. Handled incoming calls from members regarding eligibility and benefits.
