My practice includes the financing of domestic and international businesses through offerings of equity or debt, representing buyers or sellers in merger and acquisition transactions (including reverse mergers), organizing domestic and international joint ventures and other entities, advising on securities compliance matters, listing of international companies on stock markets in the U.S. and preparation of joint venture, partnership, shareholder, employment, consulting, distribution, confidentiality and licensing agreements. With our dedicated international tax and trust team, I advise on international tax, trust and private wealth matters.
