As a team leader, I coordinate a group of clinicians from Hospital Clinic (two Pathologists, a Hematologist and a Dermatologist), as well as co-supervise two PhD students.• Developed bioinformatic software to integrate transcriptomic data for patient stratification in a clinical setting (HTGAnalyzer, under revision). This tool adheres to FAIR principles of accessibility and data standardization.2. Advanced Data Integration and Single-Cell Analysis:• Single-cell transcriptomic analysis of a large-scale non-Hodgkin lymphoma clinical cohort to uncover the mechanisms behind different clinical behaviours, including relapse and drug resistance.
