Current• Recruitment: Conduct daily recruitment activities, collaborate with HR business partners on various projects, and participate in job fairs and community events.• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes for new hires, onboarding, employee changes, benefits coordination, and terminations.• Hiring Needs Strategy: Lead meetings to discuss hiring needs and strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.• Job Descriptions and Postings: Develop and post job descriptions, manage job ads, and oversee the recruitment lifecycle.• HR Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records across training, benefits, education, medical records, and work permits.• Employee Engagement: Organize communication initiatives, employee reimbursement programs, and engagement events.• Human Resources Development: Stay well-informed about HR policies, procedures, and new agreements to ensure compliance and best practices.
