I work Part-time as Coordinator of the International Cooperation School at COSPE in the Italy-Europe Area. My main task is to organize courses of International Cooperation. These courses aim to educate and prepare people that would like to work in the International Cooperation Area all over the world. Students will learn all the history of Cooperation, Institutions and main actors, Advocacy, Fund Raising (public and private), they will learn how to become Project Manager through different tools and theories. Courses include: Project Cycle Management, Budget, Results, Fund Raising, NGO Management.Mainly I discuss the programs with the teachers, I organize the School Year Calendar, I overview the materials and deal with all those things concerning the school attendance,payments and advices, ready to help students with their questions and problems. I also organize their Internships inland or abroad by the overview of the Human Resources department, at the end of their studying programs.I'm also responsible for the e-learning platform and all the on-line courses, indeed it is possible to follow the courses both on-line and in class.Besides all of this, other tasks include:- Managing the School website and all the advertising channels. - Following grants that the Region of Tuscany offers to students and I help them by finding any other kind of grants to find an internship in the countries where Cospe has already ongoing projects. -- Monitoring Quality ProcessesOther Projects: Afghanistan Educational Project. My main task is managing the e-learning platform and the editing of all texts in the english language.At COSPE I've followed also other projects such as:Events and logistics responsible for the South American Area and the Fund Raising Office. I was a sales account for an Advertising Toys' Company, dealing with foreign customers,especially german and english speaking ones. - I dealt with toy companies, such as, Fisher Price, Mattel, Clementoni- that wanted to product and realize TV spots. - I translated to our cusotmers the idea of our art director, then i translated the storyboards realized by our designer together with the copy writer.- I dealt with the production area who had to do the casting for the TV spots, the location and the Tv spot shooting.- I looked after our cutomers during the realization of our Tv spot 24 hours on 24 hours.-After the realization of the spot I dealt with post production department for the final version of the Tv spot and all the main international boradcasts including BBC and ABC. -I did new business activities to implement our company's portfolio.
