Critical Projects: Designed and deployed a custom print directory production application, Designed and implemented a custom print directory order entry and invoice system, Trainer for a new system implementation, developed training materials and administered all training.

Managed 13 media coordinators responsible for print production for Hotel & Travel Index. Oversaw workflow and ensured efficient production.

Inside Sales for Northeast tertiary markets, sold ad space, managed telemarketing campaigns and pursued new business.

Managed client relationships and collaborated effectively with four Northeast sales representatives. Responsible for client communications, ad traffic, ad reservations, proposals, sales reports and credit/billing discrepancies.
