The overall Client Representative for the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and the Head of Operations for Archen Engineering during the Design and Construction of the MOI’s new HQ building in Jeddah Saudi Arabia ($325 million). This building will be the primary office space for “His Royal Highness”.Primary responsibilities:• Plan, organize and staff key office and field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements. • Manage all day to day activities and operations.• Monitor project objectives, company policies, procedures and performance standards of all office and field personnel. • Liaison with and Represent Archen and the MOI.

Provide oversight of all field operations, management and direction of Superintendents and all field employees. Ensured that all resources of the company were managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner on all projects, in order to perform work within the budget and ahead of schedule.Primary duties and responsibilities:Plan, organize and staff key field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements. Monitor material and supply procurement, as well as, management and distribution of equipment. Monitor the distribution of all labor resources. Worked on projects for AFCEE, GCC and SDIC contracts in Utah ($4.5 million), Quantico Virginia ($15 million total for 3 projects), New Mexico $2 million), New York ($10 million) and Camp Lejeune North Carolina ($30 million) . Contracts involve the installation of new substations and electrical power lines at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) and the ‘Grow the Force’ effort for the Marines including new Barracks, Training and Messing Facilities.Completed the new TECOM ($4.5 million) and MCIOC ($5 million) facilities at Quantico Virginia. Additionally, completed working on the West Point Academy Steam Renovation project ($10 million) where multiple steam manholes needed to be completely removed and replaced with new manholes throughout the academy site.

Initial assignment was in Moscow Russia then moved to Shchuch’ye Russia. My assignmentinvolved working on UK MoD projects that included the construction of a approximately 18 kmRailway and an associated Bridge structure across the Miass River near the town of Shchuch’yeRussia ($50 million). Specific responsibilities included the development of the Scope of Work,Contractor selection, development of a Project Management Plan (PMP), Client meetings and allEngineering oversight. Additionally, I was involved with the proposal preparations regarding theCatalytic Reactors and Non-Standard Equipment purchase for the Chemical Weapons DestructionFacility also in Shchuch’ye Russia ($100 million material cost).

- Project Manager on a successful Propellant Disposition Facility (PDF) project in Ukraine involved with converting solid fuel components to a more usable form of explosive- Successfully completed proposal efforts for new project acquisitions such as the $30 Million SS-N-23 Missile disassembly Project in Krasnoyarsk, Russia- Project Manager in Russia involving the transportation, defueling, neutralization and disassembly of 24 Submarine Launched Ballistic Missiles (SS-N-23 Missiles) under the START Treaty with oversight of local contractors. Completed under budget and ahead of schedule and received highest ratings from the US Government- Successfully oversaw safety, engineering and on-site construction activities in the on-time completion of a $5.7 million heating facility conversion from coal to gas for General Motors, ensuring its on-time completion- Led organization and direction of construction and field activities on the $30-40 million Gorman-Rupp project in Mansfield, Ohio, to build a new manufacturing, warehouse and office facility totaling approximately 350,000 square feet, and saved $2 million- Directed all construction activities in the General Assembly area at the General Motors Pontiac East Truck & Bus Facility, an $85 million project installing new and/or upgrading existing conveyors for the new GMT 800 model truck.- Led overall construction project of a 500,000 square foot storage and parts facility at the $55 million Saturn Automobile Plant in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Included a 400,000 square foot “super flat Ff 90” floor, a 25,000 square foot office mezzanine, and associated mechanical and electrical utilities
